Application:

QJ-15 brick machine is a complete brick making line matched with the block making machine, mixer, mould, belt conveyer etc, it’s especially used to make standard brick, and its strength much higher than clay baked brick, if change the mould, it can make different standard brick, perforated brick, paving block etc.

Feature:

1. Main base: choose high strengthen steel and special welding technology which is stronger and more durable;

2. Mould head: mechanical and hydraulic synchronized drive, the same plate height error very limited and uniformed;

3. Color spreader: choose sense and hydraulic proportion drive technology, slip-discharge, color spreading fast and balanced；

4. Vibrating: choose electric hydraulic technology to drive, and frequency can be adjusted to realize low frequency feeding and high frequency forming.

5. Control panel: computer control, the controlling system can upgrade as request.
