Palm oil, animal oil, cottonseeds oil and other oil are composed of triglycerides with variety of melting points, so the melting point range of oil is different.  Under certain temperature, oil is divided into solid part and liquid part through utilizing different welding points and different solutions of various triglycerides, and the process is called oil fractionation.

Fractionation technology:

Based on the seperation feature and cooling crystalization feature, usually have 4 methods: dry fractionation, surfactant method, solvent method and liquid-liquid extraction method, the most commonly adopted technology is dry fractionation.
