The pellet cooling machine has been completed. The cooler adopts the principle that the cooling airflow direction is opposite to the material flow direction. The material enters from the top, and the cold air enters the cooling bin from the bottom in all directions and passes through the material vertically. After cooling, the material temperature does not exceed 3~5℃, and has the characteristics of uniform wind speed, large air volume, small temperature difference between cooling medium and material. Counterflow cooler has been widely used in pellet feed production. It has simple structure, easy automatic control, safety and reliability, less occupied area and low energy consumption.
